Property information

Register and manage fixtures, important matters, access information, and owned area (room). The completed data is linked to the owner.

Room (area) information

Manage room data linked to the property. Register room rent and fixture information, and link it to tenant’s data.

Tenant data information

Register tenant’s basic information, including name, address, company, telephone number and date of birth, as well as the reason for moving in. The data reflects the contract history and is accumulated for future use.

View the list of transactions of a specific account. Text file (.txt) importing is available.

Contract

Link the contract information to room (area) data. Create a list of tasks to ensure a smooth operation by registering expenses and contract schedule at the time of contract.

Cancel

Restoration work, cancellation related payments and other information regarding moving out can be managed on the management screen. The schedule management of moving out related tasks is also possible.

Ads for new tenants

Manage ads for new tenants. Set rent, common area expenses, monthly fees and plans.

Repair

Manage property repair works. Attach images to let suppliers know what needs to be done. Link quotation, invoice, and purchase order data to each repair history.

Cleaning

Manage cleaning works of properties. Link properties with time of cleaning and create a list of tasks. Image attaching function is available for easy communication with cleaning staff.

Correspondence to residents

Link and manage inquiries to properties and rooms. The response status of each inquiry is cleared listed for the prevention of response omission.

Owner app

Link with the “Residence kit For Owner” is available. Manage chats with owners and notifications sent to owners. A smooth communication can make all related operations more efficient.

CSV input/output

Bank statement can be input and data regarding billing and money transfer can be output in CSV format.
